GOVERNOR of Bali Wayan Koster officially released the first flight of Garuda Indonesia, a special cargo route for Denpasar – Hong Kong cargo at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar, Saturday (7/11) morning. This first flight carried 30 tons of cargo consisting of fishery commodities and other agricultural products from Bali.
This number one person in Bali appreciates and welcomes Bali’s local commodity exports amidst the tourism industry conditions that have not returned to normal due to the Covid-19 pandemic. “With the shorter travel time, the greater the opportunity for local commodities, especially fishery and local Balinese agricultural products to be absorbed in the export market,” said Wayan Koster, who is also a former member of the DPR RI for three terms.
