After several months of closure due to the pandemic, Waterbom Bali is excited to announce that we will be reopening our doors to guests every day starting December 17 by implementing strict health and safety precautions for both guests and staff.
In line with the health officials, internal health and safety experts, and WHO guidelines, Waterbom Bali continues to ensure safe and cleanliness are top priorities. Physical distancing initiatives have been implemented across the park to ensure safe queuing for rides and attractions. Additional safety measures include maintaining the park at lower capacity levels, offering discounted tickets via waterbom-bali.com to encourage pre-booking, staff and guest temperature checks, mandatory face coverings at designated locations, sanitization and disinfection stations throughout the park, and physical distancing reminders distributed in all areas.
Returning guests will be able to enjoy the complete Waterbom Bali experience: all rides will be functioning, and all signature services will be available in the lush, outdoor tropical environment that Waterbom Bali is famous for.
Tickets are available now on Waterbom-bali.com. In order to ensure a healthy and safe experience for all, daily park capacity will be limited, so pre-booked ticket purchases are encouraged. On opening day, December 17th, at 10:00 a.m., a limited number of tickets will be available each day for walk-in purchases at the gate.
According to WHO guidelines, Waterbom Bali advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions that might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19, remain at home. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected; any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and Waterbom Bali cannot guarantee that guests will not be exposed during their visit.
