JAKARTA – Coordinating Minister for the Ministry of Marine Affairs Luhut Binsar Panjaitan said it wanted detailed information on the planned construction of the North Bali Airport.
Luhut said it wanted to know about the business model to calculate the airport.
“So that we will not say ‘yes’ do not walk,” he said after meeting President Joko Widodo in the Presidential Palace, Monday (2/4/2018).
According to him, the construction of North Bali Airport is still possible after confirmed a number of things to Bappenas. Luhut said the construction of the North Bali airport is more cost efficient than building a second runway at Ngurah Rai Airport, Denpasar, now.
According to him, the information has been submitted to the President. The President, he said, also asked about poverty in North Bali.
